I was on the Joey Reynolds show with supermodel Carol Alt and let me tell you, she is gorgeous! The raw food diet she talks about in her books must be working because at 11pm without makeup she still looks to be only in her thirties. I will be munching even more carrots from now on. Even Joey is on the health food bandwagon, he stated on air "You are what you eat". Carol asked if he was a banana, because he'd been spotted eating them.

I took a yoga class a week ago and was so sore afterwards that I will never think of it as being an easy form of excercize again! I have only just recently recovered, from the soreness, and from my shame at felled by yoga of all things.
